All fees are charged in South African Rands (ZAR). To obtain the current exchange rates and to convert the ZAR amounts into your own currency, please click on the currency convertor button below the fees.
After registration, delegates will receive an invoice issued by the conference secretary. Payments can be made by means of direct deposit into the conference bank account or by credit card via. Please note that no direct link to payment is supplied on the website. The conference secretary will set up a link to the credit card portal.
You are welcome to bring an accompanying person with you. They will not be allowed to attend the sessions or have lunch with the delegates, but are welcome to join you for the functions and the excursion.
The registration fees are payable in full on or before 31 August 2023 (for early bird) or 31 October 2023 (final date).
Registration fees include admittance to all scientific sessions and conference material, lunches on the conference days, refreshments during the conference sessions, conference functions and conference gifts.
Student fees: Applicable to bona fide (i.e. full time) students as well as post-doctoral delegates. Students should submit a letter from their study leader or head of department on a university letterhead confirming their student status, This letter can be uploaded on the registration form.
